I understand that transparency is important at every stage of listing a home. I have built this guide to help you decide which package would be best for your next listing. Every package will be delivered with the specified number of HDR photos, edited by me personally. Every package also comes with blue sky enhancement for exterior photos, a gallery for easy downloading, a branded video file, and permanent storage on my personal cloud. I also have a checklist you can share with your clients so their home can be ready when I arrive.
Please keep your MLS restrictions in mind. For example, in the Pikes Peak MLS, virtually staged photos must be paired with empty room photos, and there is a 50 photo limit.
